Your Private Backcountry Celebration

For couples who want more than a single day, our Weekend Buyout transforms Tennessee Pass into your own private mountain retreat. From the moment you arrive through Sunday morning, the whole property becomes yours—every gorgeous view, every quiet space, every moment of alpine stillness.

This is more than a wedding. It’s a weekend in the mountains with the people you love most.

What is a
Weekend Buyout?

A Weekend Buyout means exclusive access to Tennessee Pass Friday through Sunday.

Every ceremony space, reception area, trails, and common gathering places are reserved just for you and your guests for the entire weekend.

You’ll have time to spread out, relax, explore, and make space for what matters—connection, celebration, and shared moments in a place that feels like a secret escape.

What’s Included?

Full Property Access

Your wedding weekend isn’t just a day — it’s an experience. All primary spaces on the property are yours for the weekend: ceremony sites, reception areas, trails, gathering spots, and more.

Ceremony & Celebration Spaces

Choose where your ceremony feels most meaningful, then let the celebration unfold naturally — under canvas, in the meadow, or around the warmth of the Cookhouse.

Luxury Yurt Stay (When Booked Early)

Enjoy our six yurts as part of your buyout. Cozy, warm, and infused with mountain charm — they become the heart of your extended weekend gathering.

Planned Moments & Flow

Use the entire weekend to shape the rhythm that fits you — welcome gatherings, rehearsal dinners, post-wedding breakfast around a fire, or a peaceful morning walk among the pines.

Why Choose a Weekend Buyout?

An outdoor event with a large white tent, surrounded by people seated at tables, in a scenic setting with mountains, forest, and a partly cloudy sky.

A buyout lets your wedding breathe. Instead of packing all the emotion, celebration, and joy into one 8-hour period, you get to unfold the weekend.

  • Time to connect and explore — hikes, quiet conversations, sunrise moments

  • Shared meals and celebrations — dinner with those you love without rushing

  • Moments outside the “main event” become memories, too

  • A true sense of place — you don’t just get married here — you live here for a weekend
