Custom Pottery
Katie Anderson / Hello Fern Creations — Handmade pottery by Leadville artist Katie Anderson — and the same hands behind all of our Tennessee Pass dishes, including the plates, bowls, and our incredibly popular mugs. Think wildflowers, mountains, trout, and the kind of color palette that feels like it belongs in a Colorado kitchen. Katie does custom work and her pieces make beautiful wedding gifts, place setting favors, or keepsakes for the wedding party.
Erin Farrow / Whistle for Dixie — Erin is a Leadville-based ceramicist with a warm, whimsical style. Her handmade mugs, bowls, and vessels have a tactile, lived-in quality that makes them feel personal even before you personalize them. Custom orders available — reach out directly through her site.
Coffee Trailer - The Copper Colt
A coffee trailer brought to you by our very own General Manager, Erica Curry, and her husband Ewan McCain. The Copper Colt serves specialty coffee and espresso drinks and is available for events — think morning-after brunches, welcome gatherings, or a caffeine station to get your wedding day started right. Having the Copper Colt on-site is the kind of detail guests remember. Follow along on Instagram @coppercoltleadville for updates and availability.
Holly is a donkey. She carries beverages in baskets on her saddle and mingled with your guests at your wedding. That's the pitch, and it is a very good one. Handled by Leadville artist and ceramicist Erin Farrow, Holly has big ears, a bigger personality, and a genuine love for getting her photo taken. She's great with people, great with kids, and a guaranteed talking point for the rest of your marriage. Seriously — if the mountains aren't enough of a backdrop, add the beverage burro. Inquire through Erin at Whistle for Dixie.
Hat Bar - Wool & West (Leadville)
If you're looking for a memorable addition to a bridal brunch, rehearsal dinner, or post-wedding gathering, Wool & West is it. Located right in downtown Leadville, they offer a personalized Western hat experience — guests choose their style, shape, and accessories, and walk away with a hat that's genuinely theirs. Owner and founder Kerry works with you to set up a private hat bar experience for groups, which means your guests get to spend an hour doing something hands-on, creative, and distinctly Colorado. Hats can be branded with initials, a date, or a symbol, and styled with feathers, ribbons, and bands from their curated selection. It's the kind of activity that doubles as a keepsake — people don't forget the hat they made at your wedding. Wool & West was recently named Best New Business of 2025 by the Leadville Herald, and it shows. Book early — they fill up!
Personalized Gift Items - Flaming Hair Productions
Leadville's custom laser cutting and engraving shop. If you want something personalized — wooden signs, engraved tokens, custom ornaments, cocktail skewers, earrings — these are your people. They've done everything from cedar memorial signs to party favors, and their work has a handmade, local quality that feels right for a Tennessee Pass wedding. Great for welcome bags, rehearsal dinner gifts, or anything you want to have your names or date on without it looking mass-produced.
Cocktail Trailer - Ophelia’s Cocktail Trailer
Ophelia is a vintage Airstream turned mobile bar, and she's available to bring to your Tennessee Pass wedding. Owned and operated by Emma Mims right here in Leadville, Ophelia's serves handcrafted cocktails, custom signature drinks, local craft beers on tap, mocktails, and everything in between. The trailer itself is a piece of the aesthetic — mountain charm meets Gatsby glam — and it works beautifully as a cocktail hour bar, a welcome drink station, or a late-night add-on. Emma works with you to build a drink menu that fits your vibe, whether that means a signature cocktail named after your dog or just cold beer and good wine served with care. TIPS-certified bartenders, flexible packages, and a team that genuinely loves what they do. As the Assistant General Manager at Tennessee Pass, Emma knows this property better than almost anyone — which means when Ophelia shows up, she fits right in.
Our venue is unique enough that we don't recommend just any planner — we recommend Stellar and Sage. Owner Carrie Mallozzi and her team know Tennessee Pass well and work closely with us from the first booking conversation all the way through to the farewell brunch. Day-of coordination is included in our packages; if you need more hands-on help, they also offer partial and full planning packages.
